Intro to Movement Efficiency on Ice

Have you ever wonder how you make those moves on your tools feel easier and with less pump. Would like to be know the secrets to efficient movement? Then this class will break down the micro movement that is need to help you understand movement.  Video will be used to help you see what is taken place as you make moves. The video helps you see where the breakdown of the movement is.  Then it can be corrected and help you gain success on your next project or outing. 

Prerequisite: Have previously used ice tools.

Equipment to Bring:
Climbing Helmet
Climbing Boots (Crampon Compatible)
Crampons (Adjusted to fit your boots; test sizing prior to clinic)
Climbing Harness
Rock Shoes
Tubular belay device (ATC or Reverso)
Locking carabiners (2)
Prussik/hollow block for rappelling

Optional Gear:
Grigri-style device
Microtraxion-style device
Your own ice tools
