Intro to Movement Efficiency on Rock

Description: Have you ever wonder how to move across the wall with more grace and less raw power? Or reduce the pump factor in your climbing? This class will break down the micro movement that are needed to help you increase your efficiency.  Vide will be utilized to help you see what is taking place as you move on the wall. You’ll go over your video with Marcus and learn where your movement is breaking down. You can then learn the techniques to make corrections to help you gain success on your next project or outing. 

Prerequisite: Some previous experience on rock (indoor/outdoor)

Climbing Helmet
Climbing Harness
Rock Shoes
Tubular belay device (ATC or Reverso)
Locking carabiners (2)

Optional Gear:
Grigri-style device
Tape Gloves
