Julz Holder

From the heart of Atlanta, Georgia, Julie Ann first discovered her passion for the outdoors in 2010, scaling the sandstone cliffs of the Southeastern U.S. She has since sharpened her climbing and instructing skills on rock, snow, ice, and glaciers, from as far north as the Alaska Range to the far southern border of the Peruvian Andes. Julz spent the last 4 winters in Bozeman, MT, ski patrolling the steep flanks of Lone Mountain, ski touring to the more remote zones within the Gallatin Canyon and Madison Range, and getting lots of days out on the ice in Hyalite. Currently based out of Bellingham, WA and the North Cascades, she instructs climbing courses for the American Alpine Institute and will be working as an Avalanche Instructor this winter.
